In order to confirm a booking, a non refundable
deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance, 70% should be
paid 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the departure date, the full payment
is required. If payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled
and cancellation terms imposed.
The party leader signing the booking form will be responsible for all matters concerning the booking. He or she must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be over 18 years old.
The person signing the booking form is responsible for the correct behavior of the party. Should you or your party not behave in such a manner the villa manager may at his absolute discretion ask you and your party to vacate the villa without refund of the price paid.
Photography or film taken at villas cannot be used for commercial use or sold for profit without prior authorization from the owner of the property.
Damage Deposit
All bookings are accepted on the condition that the client is responsible for any damages/breakages in the property during the stay. Therefore a damage deposit is required in all bookings and is payable with the balance. The amount varies according to the type of property.
You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to a villa or its contents. You are required to report any damage to the villa manager immediately and to bear the cost of repair or replacement.
The damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after departure if no damages occurred.
Accommodation
Only those persons named on the booking form may use the property without prior arrangement. The number of people staying at the property must not exceed the total number of persons listed on the booking form. Normal occupancy is two persons per bedroom. Should you over-occupy the indicated sleeping places without previous agreement further charges may be levied or occupancy of the villa maybe refused and no refund shall be due in these circumstances.
Linen is included in all our villas but it is advisable to take beach towels. Linen is normally changed once per week.
The
property will be clean at the beginning of your rental period and although
depending on the property cleaning is provided during your stay, you are required
to leave it clean on your departure.
Extra charges for cleaning will be payable if you do not leave villa as you
found it.
Check-in/out
You may check-in from 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out will have to be before 10 am on the day of departure. Elite Escapes will consider special requests depending on the availability of the property.
Anomalies
In the event of any type of anomalies during your stay please contact your Elite escapes representative as soon as possible and all efforts will be made to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Prices
The prices provided on the booking form are correct at the time of reservation and will not be altered after confirmation of the booking.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, Elite Escapes shall be notified in writing and the following terms shall apply:

In the unlikely event that the property is no longer available we will use our best efforts to find suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be made but there shall be no further liability.
Responsibility
We
will not accept any responsibility in respect of injury, illness or death,
of any guest staying in our booked accommodation.
We are also unable to accept any liability should your holiday be affected
by events outside our control.
Travel insurance normally provides cover in respect of these eventualities.
Should you lose any personal items whilst on holiday, please obtain a written report from the police, to help with any insurance claim upon your return.
We
strongly recommend our guests to obtain full holiday and
travel insurance before departure. In certain cases, some insurance
companies will also cover cancellation fees.
